RV Portable Toilet, 5.8 Gallons

I totally get that! Tea + beach time sounds perfect, but, yeah, the bladder comes into play. I got the Joolca triple shower tent with a separate room for the shower, toilet, and lounging area (highly recommend if you love beach trips - definitely get the awning kit too). While looking for a portable toilet, I found this one and used it this weekend. OMG, why didn't I have this sooner?! It flushes to clean the bowl and then seals it, making everything super clean and easy. When it's time to empty, you just dump the lower half into the toilet. I used RV toilet paper, which makes cleaning the tank much easier. And for cleaning, a little dish soap did the trick. This toilet has seriously made beach trips a whole lot more convenient!

This is a game changer for van camping! We only use it for once, and with the blue stuff added, it works great for a 3-day trip. It's especially convenient in the middle of the night when it's cold and dark outside. We love it!

Can't get all the water out when cleaning - I've tried shaking it and leaving it upside down, but I still hear water sloshing around inside.

The flush works great, but it fills up quicker because of that. Dumping it can be a bit awkward.

I've never dealt with human waste this up close before, but honestly, this was way better than I expected. No leaks, except once when I let the sprayer hose hang down to the floor - that caused a little leak. Once I tucked it back into the tank, it was totally fine. No other leaks, and the only smell I noticed was from the deodorizer I added. I'd definitely recommend this as a budget-friendly option for travel!

The toilet worked great. It is super easy to set up, the height was just right, and cleaning it was no problem. It sealed in the smell pretty well too. I haven't tried the spray yet. The funnel didn't work that well, so I just used the hose without it. Definitely recommend using RV toilet paper so it breaks down properly.

This is great for camping and off-roading. It's higher than most porta-potties, which is a big help for the knees, especially for older folks. I took off a star because it's a bit tricky to get completely clean. The design makes it hard to empty all the liquid, even with the spout. I've shaken it, flipped it, and tried everything, but there's always a little left inside. I recommend flushing it from both the top and spout, adding RV tank cleaner or bleach, shaking it well, then flushing it a few times. That should leave whatever's left as cleaner water. After that, I open it up and leave it upside down outside to dry for a few days.

Used this on a camping trip, mainly for the kids. They were able to operate it themselves and actually thought it was fun! We used it with an RV septic additive, and it kept the smell contained pretty well. Cleaning it with soap and water was easy, but getting every drop out was a bit tricky because of the drain valve design. I let it dry overnight, and that did the trick. Overall, worked great!

It works almost too well! The flush is strong, and if you press too hard, it can spray a bit. But if you're gentle, it works perfectly. The bowl depth is great, and the drain process is awesome, especially with the built-in elbow. You don't have to see anything when you dump it at an RV station.

The pictures for this item suggest that the width and length of the seat are the internal measurements, but those measurements are actually off by about an inch in each direction. This means the seat opening is a bit smaller than advertised. Just something to keep in mind if you're looking for specific sizing!

Great quality and super handy for camping! It's easy to use and empty. The only thing to note is that it gets a bit heavy when the water reservoir is full, so I recommend adding water as needed rather than filling it up completely.
