We bought this so we would not have to dig cat-hole latrines in the wilderness.Setup is simple.It does not feel heavy even pre-filled with three gallons of water.The two halves clip together securely and dry-testing showed a good seal.I suggest pre-rinsing the interior to prevent waste from sticking.Seals very well so no odor when not in use.Obviously you will smell contents once you unlatch it,but you can hold your breath until you re-lock.Overall it does exactly what it is supposed to do.
