12V DC Smart Variable-Speed Water Pump 5.5/7 GPM Options - Bluetooth Controlled

What sold me were the smart features. I replaced a standard 12 volt water pump with this one and the difference is noticeable right away. The pressure stays much more consistent especially when running the shower and sink at the same time. My old pump would constantly cycle on and off but this one runs smoother and quieter. Also nice to have protection and fault alerts giving some peace of mind. So far it feels more controlled and reliable than typical 12V pumps.

I haven't installed it yet but after checking it out it feels well built and ready to set up without any complications. The installation looks straightforward since all the fittings come organized and nothing feels flimsy. In terms of power the motor looks solid and gives the impression that it will move water easily once I put it to use. The pump gives a sense of reliability right out of the box with sturdy materials a strong housing and clean finishes. I am using it as a replacement for an older pump and so far it seems like it will be an upgrade. I also checked the connections and didn't see anything loose or poorly sealed so I am not expecting any leakage issues. The design and specs suggest a stable water flow which is exactly what I need for consistent pressure in the RV. Overall my first impression is very positive. Even before installing it it is clear that this is a well made product built to last.

There is no way to adjust the pressure on this pump. It comes pre-set to 45 psi, and averages 28 psi. My previous pump was only 3gpm at 55psi. Noticeably more pressure.
The app only displays the real time pressure, no way to adjust it from the app.

This pump is exactly what I needed.Good flow rate and relatively quiet. I've put a few hours on it so far with zero issues. Seems like it will hold up for the long haul. No problems getting it set up, either.

Finally tested the pump today.Pumped about 3 gallons into the fresh tank. It ran smooth as silk and insanely quiet-honestly the quietest pump I've ever used. Connections were a breeze to put together. Even during a short test run, it felt solid and well-built.

Easy install, super quiet.You can barely hear this thing running. Water pressure is excellent and noticeably stronger than my old unit. It seems very reliable and even improved our shower pressure. Highly recommended.

This pump is physically larger than most but due to how it works you do not need to couple it to a bulky pressure accumulator tank. This means that it will actually take up less overall space in your boat or RV than a smaller pump plus a tank.

Most pumps cycle on and off to maintain pressure the sound of which can be really annoying. The variable speed motor and smart controller of this pump eliminate the annoying cycling. In addition at 45dB it is more quiet overall than most others. My preference for mounting any RV pump is to fabricate a double isolation base and then put it inside an insulated box. With this one I will start off without doing that and later determine if I want to take those additional steps to make it more quiet.

The 7GPM output will cover the needs of a large motor home. There is also a 5.5GPM smart pump model for 20 dollars less it is more than sufficient for a camper van setup and it will draw less power.

This is smart not only due to the excellent pressure management it is also app connected via Bluetooth. You can set all the parameters and remotely monitor and control all of its advanced functions. Just keep in mind that this Bluetooth connection will draw down batteries so best to install it with its own breaker or manual kill switch to prevent that loss in situations where that could be a problem. And also that Bluetooth range is limited you cannot control it from very far away as with a Wi Fi device.

Comes with most anything you need to connect it to your water supply including an inlet strainer. This is fairly typical of others as well. Some will want to add some sort of additional water filtration to the potable side of your water system. At the listed price of $120 this is indeed an expensive pump. While a decent quality 3.5 GPM standard cycling dumb pump can be had for around half that amount. I nonetheless think that due to its great feature set this pump is fairly priced at the listed $120.

The strainer is a nice safeguard when pulling from a fresh tank, especially in a mobile rig where sediment can be an issue. Once running, the pressure is strong and steady. It handles multiple fixtures without that annoying pulsing you get with smaller pumps, and the pressure feels more like a residential setup than a typical RV system. The factory pressure setting works fine for me, but it's nice to know it's adjustable if needed.

I bought this pump mainly for the extra features.It came with a remote control, which makes it easy to monitor the status and performance without having to crawl under there and check manually.
