This hose arrived quickly. Even better, it works perfectly with my high-pressure propane blow torch. The hose length (4ft) seems ideal - not too short to be restrictive, but not so long it gets in the way.

This product works just as it should. But please, handle this valve with care. Propane tanks typically have about 100 PSI, which is much higher than what your grill or fireplace is built to handle, let alone 30 PSI. I've noticed that if this regulator is set too high before ignition, it can push enough pressure to force open my fireplace control valve when it's closed. This poses a risk of causing an explosion. So, be extra cautious when using it.

This adjustable gas valve and hose are spot on for controlling the LP flow into my generator, and they work perfectly on my grill too. It used to never get hot enough, but now, with this setup, I enjoy grilling even more.

The regulator was a breeze to install on my Char-Broil grill. It does exactly what it says on the tin: I can tweak the pressure and flow, boosting the BTU output to cook steaks, fish, and more faster and hotter. One thing it lacks is a gauge to show the propane level in the tank, but I'm on the hunt for fittings to repurpose the gauge from my old regulator. That would be a handy feature, though it would likely bump up the price.
Also, I found that the pressure adjustment knob works in reverse of what you might expect. Turning it clockwise actually increases the pressure and flow rate. I found it's best to make these adjustments at night when the flame is more visible for easier tweaking.
