Traded our last motor home in on a new travel trailer. It didn'thave a power jack & I quickly purchased the 12 volt jack.I installed it and it appears to be every thing i was hoping for !!

I have bought 2 of the 3700 pound electric jacks.And they do not last past a dear 2 motors.Both one out and you cannot replace them.

Even though I didn't actually need this for my big pop-up trailer, it definitely makes things a lot simpler for me. No more turning that crank - just flip the switch and let the jack do its job. It's super easy to set up: take out the old jack, slide this one in, and secure it with a few bolts. Then, just connect the wires like the manual tells you, and you're all set.

These stabilizer jacks are a step up in quality from the ones that came with our camper, and they were easy to install. In fact, my 16 yr old's son handled the job all by himself. It's a fantastic upgrade that simplifies the setup process for any camper.

The only minor concern might be the bottom foot extension. It looks a bit shaky when it's out, as you can see in my photos, but once it touches the ground, it firms up and lifts my RV without any trouble. The motor hums along quietly, and the light it provides is just right for working in the dark. I was happy to find it comes with high quality US grade five bolts. It also has a neat cover to keep the motor dry and clean on the road. I chose to mount mine on the driver's side, which makes the controls easy to reach and frees up space for my propane tank cover. When you're setting it up, make sure the jack is well-grounded to the trailer. You might think the bolts will handle it, but I've heard about grounding problems, so I scraped off some paint to ensure a solid connection. There's one bolt slot that's bare, so line that up if you can. This jack will definitely make loading and unloading the trailer a lot easier, and it's worth every penny.

I've got a little travel trailer that came with a manual crank jack. Switching it out for an electric one is a simple swap, and the convenience of having a reliable push-button power jack is totally a game changer. So far, it's been great.

This trailer jack is a real lifesaver when you're constantly hooking up and unhooking a small trailer to your vehicle. One press of a button and you can effortlessly raise or lower the trailer to match the hitch, no sweat involved. I did take off a star because the wiring is a bit tricky. The positive wire is black instead of the usual red, which threw me off, and the negative is connected to the jack's frame. I would've liked two wires for both, and the correct color for the positive wire, to make the connection a bit simpler. But overall, this is an awesome jack. With a bit of DIY, you can sort out the wiring, just make sure to label the wires properly so you don't mix up positive and negative. What's more, it's got an LED light that lights up the hitch area, so you don't have to struggle with flashlights when you're attaching or detaching the trailer.
