Battery Disconnect Switch 12V-48V, 275A Marine Battery Isolator for RV, Car, Boat

This battery switch does what I wanted. I plan to get some more cables soon and move the switch inside the cab. It's a bit of difficult to open the hood every time I want to switch it on or off. But overall, it's affordable, simple to set up, and straightforward to operate.

Got this along with two extra battery cables for my pontoon boat, and now I can easily cut off the battery power. The setup was super easy, and for just a few bucks, I feel secure knowing the boat's safe even when I'm away for a week.

I bought a couple of these because they seem like a great budget option compared to the blue sea brand. I've got them hooked up to break the link between my solar batteries and the inverter. They've been working perfectly, no problems at all, and I'd definitely recommend them to others.

The switch has sturdy bolt connectors that show they're built to last. The casing has removable covers, but if your wires are thick, there might be a big gap. To fix this, I drilled a small 1/4-inch hole on each cover's edge, so the wires could come out neatly. The switch is completely covered, even the back, which means it's safe to attach to a steel beam under my travel trailer. This makes it a reliable and long-lasting way to manage the power supply to my rig.

I put in a switch to cut the battery power on my camper when it's not in use. The switch works really well! Even though the wires and connectors I used were a bit bulky, it all fit and did what it needed to do.

I've purchased a few of these and have never had any issues. I'm sure you can spend more money and get a better switch but for my use - opening and closing it about 60-70 times a year - they've all been great so far.

This looks like the caravan battery isolator I want, to eliminate the slow drain of devices like carbon monoxide detectors and radio trackers. I will use it on my boat with one battery for starting the engine and the other for running accessories while moored. Both will remain charging. It will be tested this summer. Includes mounting hardware and wiring diagram.

I purchased two of these switches to provide a higher level of safety and protection for my vehicle's electrical system. The switches feel solid and reliable.

Perfect! The included bolts are just the right length, and they can be screwed into the wall of my camper's battery compartment from the outside, and then tightened from the inside.

Don't forget to check lug sizes and get properly sized wire lugs.
