Free Standard Shipping Service

Get free standard shipping on orders over $35.

The free shipping threshold is calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery time: Expect delivery within 4-8 business days; however, if force majeure or special reasons occur (For example, natural disasters and political reasons), delays are possible.

Shipping fee: For orders below $35, we will charge $5-7 for shipping, depending on distance and weight. Shipping policies may vary for certain products. Please refer to individual product checkout pages for details.

Shipping warehouse: Orders from the US or CA will be shipped from our local warehouse.

Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

The total time it takes to receive your order is described below:

The total time is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time.

Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship it.

Shipping time = the time between when your order has been shipped and delivered to you.

The total delivery time is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time it is delivered to you. Total delivery time is broken down into processing time and shipping time.

Processing Time:

The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment.

We usually require 0-2 business days to process an order. After receiving your payment, we will do some quality tests on our products, package them, and then ship them to your address.

Shipping Time:

The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

Business Days

 

We process and ship all orders Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. If your order is placed after the cut-off time (determined by your selected shipping method at checkout), it will be processed on the next business day. Please note: While orders might be processed over the weekend, our distribution centers do not ship packages on weekends or US holidays.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship orders on time, delays may occur due to carrier issues, incorrect shipping information, severe weather, holidays, natural disasters, or other unexpected events.

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help check the shipment status.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Kohree is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@kohree.com. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
