Returns & Refunds
At Kohree, we provide reliable RV accessories, electrical products, water system parts, security locks, maintenance products, and outdoor gear for RV, travel, and outdoor lifestyles.
If there is any issue with your order or product, please contact us first at service@kohree.com or through our Contact Us page. Our support team will review your request and provide the next steps.
This policy applies only to orders placed on kohree.com.
Cancellation
You have the option to cancel your order as long as the product hasn't been shipped or produced. Upon cancellation, a refund will be issued. Once a product has been shipped out, we are unable to cancel the order.
For customers who paid directly by credit/debit card, you will receive a full refund.
For customers who paid via PayPal, the 4.4% + 30¢ transaction fee charged by PayPal will be deducted from the refund amount as this fee is non-refundable.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Since we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered fulfillment.
If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after receiving the item, as long as it meets the return conditions below.
If an order is cancelled due to a Kohree issue, such as out-of-stock items or fulfillment problems, we will issue a full refund.
Return Policy (if applicable)
Our return policy allows customers to initiate a return within 30 days after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.
• Uninstalled
• Not connected to power, water, an RV, or a vehicle system
• Complete with all accessories, manuals, parts, and gifts, if included
• Accompanied by an order number or proof of purchase
If you receive a defective item or wish to return a product with an order number, please contact us first.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at service@kohree.com.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless there is a product quality issue:
• Used, installed, modified, or damaged items
• Items that have been connected to power, water, an RV, or a vehicle system
• Opened or used sealants, tapes, adhesives, repair products, or other consumable items
• Customized, personalized, or special-order products
• Clearance, final sale, or items marked as non-returnable
• Bulk or wholesale orders
Kohree reserves the right to refuse a refund or deduct an appropriate amount if the returned item does not meet the return conditions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing major parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the problem
• Photos of the package and shipping label, if the item was damaged during shipping
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by a product defect, shipping damage, or a Kohree fulfillment error, we will provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement, parts reshipment, return label, or refund.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns not related to product quality issues, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Kohree does not provide prepaid return labels for such returns.
Examples include change of mind, incorrect purchase, wrong model or size selected, or items no longer needed.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a Kohree error, product defect, or shipping damage.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Kohree is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refund (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming its receipt. Subsequently, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within a specific number of days.
Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
If the item is used, installed, missing parts, damaged, or does not meet the return conditions, Kohree may refuse the refund or deduct an appropriate amount.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, start by checking your bank account. Then, get in touch with your credit card company as there might be a delay in the posting of refunds. If the issue persists, contact your bank. It's common for refunds to go through a processing period before being posted. If you've completed these steps and haven't received your refund, kindly reach out to us through our Contact Us page or service@kohree.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We exclusively facilitate exchanges for items that are found to be defective or damaged upon initial unboxing.
If you require an exchange for the same product, kindly reach out to us by sending an email through the contact us page or service@kohree.com, and attach the pictures after you get an email from our support.
We may also provide a suitable solution for incorrect items or items missing major parts, depending on the situation.
There is no restocking fee for returning a product. After returning the item, kindly provide us with the tracking number. The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
For non-defective items, we generally do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the eligible item and place a new order for the correct product.
Warranty
Kohree products are covered by warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and requires a valid order number or proof of purchase from kohree.com.
The warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or use not following the product instructions.

Wholesale / Bulk Orders
All bulk or wholesale orders, as well as custom-made or customized products, are non-returnable unless there is a product quality issue.
(Note: Ordering more than 10 units of a product is considered a bulk or wholesale order.)
